Method

Mix the coconut, rum, dill, lime zest and juice and a tablespoon of salt. Add the fresh tuna and marinade for 12 hours. Cut the pineapple in slices and grill on high heat, set aside and grill the tuna from both sides. Cut the tuna in strips and serve on a bed of salad together with avocado wedges and the grilled pineapple.
