Chop the leek and sauté` without any oil with the pancetta  on low heat. Dice the salmon and toss in, pour in the wine bring to the boil than add the cream. Slice the broccoli very thinly and add to the sauce, add also the butter and simmer for a few minutes. Cook the pasta al dente than toss into the sauce on low heat, add the ricotta, herbs and toss and serve.
