Mix together the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese in a medium sized bowl and throw in the chicken strips. Toss around till the chicken is well coated. In another bowl, mix together the Italian herbs and breadcrumbs then toss in the chicken strips. Once again, toss around in the breadcrumbs, coating all over. Transfer the chicken strips to lightly greased baking tray and bake in the oven at 200`c for 15-20 minutes. Place the salsa in a bowl and place on a serving plate. When the chicken fingers are cooked, place on the plate alongside the salsa and serve either hot or cold.
