Place tart shells on rimmed baking sheet. Over medium heat melt butter in large saucepan, add onion, garlic and sliced mushroom. In bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cheese ,salt and pepper; pour into tart shells. Bake in bottom third of the oven at 190`c until pastry is golden and filling is just set, approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm.
