To make the salmon marinate, place the dill, parsley, chives, oil and wine in a bowl and mix together. Place in the salmon and coat all over. Leave to marinate for an hour in the fridge. When you are ready to cook the salmon, remove from the fridge and place on a baking sheet, reserving all the marinating juices. Bake the salmon in the oven at 200`c for about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, put the cream in a small saucepan with the reserved marinating juices and cook for 5 minutes to reduce the cream and thicken the sauce. When you are ready to serve, place the cooked salmon fillets on large plates and serve with the reduced cream sauce and cooked vegetables.
