Line up the pastry and cut it with a normal size round cutter, cook the disks to a temp of 180 deg for about 7 to 10 minutes. Cool down the disks . Using a spatula spread the strawberry jam on each disk using the bottom side and attach them in pairs 2 by 2. Boil the sugar syrup and soak the disk with jam inside till they will absorb enough syrup. Pass them to the desicated coconut and cool down completely. Serve them with a cup of coffee or tea.
