Method

Take the salmon and put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread with the olive paste, dress up with the chopped tomato, picked basil leaves, chopped parsley and pistachios. Bake in a moderate oven for approximately 12 minutes Meanwhile, smash the garlic cloves and shallow fry, skin on in a sauté pan, discard, stir in the sliced cherry tomatoes, zucchini and capers, stir in the fettuccine once all the ingredients are cooked. Serve the salmon resting over the fettuccine, drizzle with olive oil.
