Start this recipe by preparing the chicken sliders. Place all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Season well with salt and pepper and mix again well. Form into small patties and fry in a pan heat with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, prepare the tomato chutney. Heat the oil in a small pan and sauté together the garlic and onion. Add in the cherry tomatoes, thyme, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar and reduce the heat. Allow to cook for 15-20 minutes on a low heat till glossy. To put the sliders together, spread the bottom of each bun with a little pesto and place on a chicken pattie. Spoon over a little of the tomato and onion relish. Top with a few rucola leaves and close the bun with the lid.
