Make 6 finger skewers to fit in the shot glasses and marinade in the honey and balsamic. Cut the peppers and leek in fine strips and sauté. Chop the chillies and mix well with the yogurt. Grill the salmon until medium cooked and remove from heat. Serve the veg at the bottom of each shot glass with the yogurt next, rocket and salmon on top.
