Start off by the making the crust in a blender put together the bread, basil, garlic, olive oil and seasoning. Rub the crust on the brill and drizzle with olive oil. Continue by making the salsa. Finely chop the tomatoes, basil, onions and garlic. Mix together and add some olive oil. Heat a frying pan with some olive oil and pan sear the fillets for 2 minutes on each side. Place the fillets on a warm plate and place the salsa on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
