Method

Cut the chicken into fine strips, season with salt and pepper and quick fry in olive oil with the garlic. Cut a few thin slices of lemons and add to the chicken, squeeze the rest. Splash with vegetable stock and simmer until chicken is cooked and tender. Drain the pasta and toss with the chicken, stirring in the parsley, spinach, mange tout, chili pepper and finish with a knob of butter.
