This recipe is very easy. Just place all of the mousse ingredients into a food processor with only half the milk and blitz together. Use a scrapper to wipe down the sides and blitz again twice, adding in the remaining milk if necessary to achieve a thick smooth consistency. Carefully spoon the mixture into 4 globe glasses without messing the sides. Mix together the vanilla pod seeds with the yogurt and spoon over the mousse. Drizzle over the maple syrup or honey. Finally, grate over the chocolate and serve.
