Method

Mix the ricotta with icing sugar and vanilla essence. Whip cream gently and fold in with the ricotta. Crush the hazelnut rolls or sponge and put some at the bottom of the glass. Add some ricotta mousse, then some more hazelnut rolls or hazelnut sponge and so on until you run out of ingredients. Finish off with the ricotta mousse and garnish with hazelnuts.
