Use the thickness of the beef and cut it across, make and incision on each side and insert 1 tsp gorgonzola in each steak. Seal well on a preheated pan until browned and  Remove, add the wine and bring to the boil, add the cream, cheese and simmer. Finish the beef in the oven until cooked to your liking. In a sauté pan caramelize the berries in butter, add the Boiled potato and mash together, adjust with seasoning. Sauté the kale in garlic oil and serve underneath the beef.
