Method

Start by preparing the burgers. Put the mince meat in a mixing bowl, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chopped parsley. Divide the mixture in two and flatten on a sheet of baking paper to make two patties the same size of the tortilla wraps. Grill these burgers and set aside. Take two tortillas, grate on top cheese, put slices of gherkins and cover with another tortilla. Grill these tortillas in a hot non stick pan on both sides and keep warm. Place the first 2 tortillas onto a serving plate, spread with the Greek yogurt and dot with mustard. Garnish with salad and sliced onions and tomatoes. Place the first burger on top, top up with more grated cheese and bacon. Cover with a plain tortilla, repeat with Greek yogurt, salad, burger, bacon and cheese. Cover with the remaining cheese tortilla. Re warm if necessary, cut in wedges and serve.
