Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the centre. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil and milk. Whisk into the flour mixture. Divide the mixture between 12 cup cake cases and bake at 175 ⁰c for approximately 20 minutes. Allow cooling completely, garnish with whipped chocolate ganache.
