Chop the onion garlic, chilli and sauté until softened with the spices. Add the mince and brown, add the concentrate, add freshly chopped tomatoes. Simmer until water is reduced and add the kidney beans and coriander. Open the foccacia lengthwise and toast, place the beef mix on cover with cheddar and grill until cheese is melted. Serve with the salad leaves on. Mix in the lemon juice with the yogurt and serve on the side.
