Whisk 200g egg whites with 200g sugar in a mixer’s bowl. In another pot boil 150g sugar with 50ml of water to a temperature of 110`c till the mixture becomes thick. Then, mix the boiled sugar to the egg whites. Remove the bowl from the mixer and mix in 200g icing sugar blended with 200g ground almond. Whisk smoothly and add food colour. Pipe on a tray and bake at a temperature of 160`c for about 25 minutes.
