Fish platter

Ingredients

  • King prawns
  • Fresh vongole
  • Fresh Scottish Mussels
  • Calamari

Method

King prawns cook with some garlic, basil and olive oil in a pan. Vongole cook in a pot with some garlic, basil and white wine. Mussels same like vongole and add some tomato sauce. For the calamari first cut in small pieces and marinate with some sesame oil, fish sauce, 5 spice and egg. Then pass through flour and deep fry for few seconds. Toss in a pan with some spring onions, garlic, basil, chili and sugar. Serve all items on a board with some lettuce and lemon as a garnish.
