Trim and portion the pork in 2 steaks and seal well from both sides than finish in the oven. Shred the cabbage and sauté in butter, honey and sugar, than add the wine, raisins and simmer covered until cabbage is softened. Beat the eggs and the flour well together, add the crushed cheese rosemary and then mix in the well drained pasta. Grease well a muffin mould and add fill with the pasta mix, sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 180`c
