Method

For the pork, chop the onion garlic and sauté with the paprika until browned, add the mince, cranberries and toss on high heat, allow juices to be absorbed than add the hoisin toss well season and remove from heat. Place the mixture on half the wrap cover cheese, fold and grill on a griddle pan. For the chicken, chop the leek, chilli, garlic and sauté with the cumin powder  until browned, add the mince and sauté until absorbed than add the sweet corn, sun dried tomatoes and toss again, pour in the sweet chilly and remove from heat. Place the mixture on half the wrap cover cheese, fold and grill on a griddle pan.
