Mix the mayo with the paprika, herbs and spices. In a separate bowl mix together the crumbs and the cheese. Brush the chicken with the mayonnaise mixture and roll into the crumb mixture. Lay the breaded drumsticks onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for approximately 30 minutes (depending on the size), turning frequently to obtain an even colour all around. To prepare the salad, drain the corn into a colander, and dress with the remaining ingredients.
