Stuff the olives with the cream cheese. Beat well the eggs and flour together, add the cream and mix well. Pick the each olive with a toothpick and dip it in the egg mix than in the crumbs and finally deep fry until crispy. Finely chop the onion and mushroom until softened, add the cream and bring to the boil. Now crush the cheese and mix well in the cream until well melted and serve on the side.
