For making the pastry mix together flour, sugar, butter and egg yolks. Mix together until a dough is formed. Wrap in cellophane and refrigerate for at least 1hour. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Open the pastry on some flour and put in a grease proof flan, bake un blind with beans for 15minutes. For the filling put cream and milk to boil, then pour over the chocolate buttons and stir until all chocolate has melted. Beat the eggs and then add to the chocolate mix. Pour the mixture into the flan and bake for 30 minutes.
