Method

Preheat the oven to160`c. Melt the chocolate in a heat prove dish over simmer water. In a food processor, blend the almonds and amaretto cookies, cinnamon and salt until finally ground. Transfer to a medium bowl while processing the butter, sugar together with the eggs .Mix until blend and smooth . Add Cookie mixture and Chocolate while processing until just blended. Divide batter into cups and bake until tops of tortes are dry and puffed.
