Remove all bones from the chicken leg. Flatten the chicken. Put some seasoning, slice gammon, then put the mince mixed with the Maltese sausage and pistachios. Roll the chicken and cover with cling film, then with foil. Put in a pot with boiling water for 25 minutes approximately. Remove foil and cling film, and fry in a hot pan to give that golden brown colour for better presentation. Serve with some gravy sauce, vegetables and potatoes.
