Start this recipe by laying out the wraps on your work top. Spread evenly with the salsa and over half of each wrap lay over the shredded chicken, tomatoes, kidney beans and sweetcorn. Grate over the Mexican cheese then fold the wrap in half. Heat a little oil in a pan then quickly then quickly fry the wraps on both sides for 2 minutes till lightly golden. Remove from the pan, cut each wrap into 2 or 3 pieces and serve whilst still hot
