This is an extremely easy recipe to prepare. Start by threading the chicken pieces onto soaked wooden skewers. Cook on a griddle pan for 3 minutes on each side until cooked through. Meanwhile, make up the couscous with hot water and allow to sit for 4 minutes covered. When ready, stir in all the remaining ingredients. Serve the pesto chicken skewers with the Italian-style couscous.
