Start this recipe by heating the oven to 160`c. Next, line an 18cm square baking tin with greaseproof paper. Melt the butter substitute, golden syrup and sugar in a large pan. Mix in oats flakes, carrots, orange zest, apricots, cinnamon and pumpkin seeds. Stir everything together well then pack the mixture into the prepared tin, pushing down firmly and flatten out the top. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin before slicing into 16 squares.
