Cut the puff pastry sheet into 6 cm squares. Brush edges with the beaten egg, divide the caramelised onion in the centre of each pastry. Top up with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano. Fold edges and pinch the pastry to secure the filling tightly. Place the pastries into the muffin cases, brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Bake in a hot oven until golden brown. Serve lukewarm
