Mix well the chicken breast with the spices and grill on a well preheated griddle pan. Slice the onion, quarter the tomatoes, dice the avocado and mix all in a bowl. Meanwhile blanch the French beans and cool well under cold water, take the orange segments and mix also in the bowl with the rest of the ingredients, toss in the baby spinach, crushed goat cheese and walnuts. In a bowl mix well the honey balsamic, oil and chives to use as a dressing.
