Start this recipe by placing the southern fried chicken breast onto a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes from frozen or 15 minutes if defrosted. At the same time you can cook the spaghetti till al dente`. To prepare the pasta sauce, just blitz together all the ingredients till you have a delicious, bright green creamy sauce. Mix with the cooked spaghetti and toss in the cherry tomato halves. Serve the pasta in 2 bowls and top with the cooked chicken breasts on top. Decorate with a few herb or salad leaves and serve.
