Method

Start this recipe by preparing the sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add in the flour. Stir continuously until a paste forms a roux and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Stir in the mustard then slowly add in the warm milk till you have a smooth sauce. Remove off the heat, stir in the grated cheese (reserve 2 tbsp for later) and mix till it melts. Next, dice the cooked turkey and place into a large oven-proof dish along with the cooked vegetables and potatoes. Pour over the cheese sauce, sprinkle over the fresh breadcrumbs, sprinkle over the reserved grated cheese and place under a hot grill to brown for a few minutes till golden brown.
