Blue cheese quiche with onions and artichoke hearts


  • 8 whole eggs
  • 100g blue cheese
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 200g tinned artichoke hearts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 50g butter



Grease one quiche tray with butter and layer with the pastry. trim off the edges to remove the extra pastry. layer the bottom of the tray with four whole eggs. season with salt and pepper. Crumble the blue cheese on top of the eggs, top the blue cheese with the sliced onions. Finally top with the artichokes and the other four whole eggs.season again with the salt and pepper. Bake at 150`c for 40 minutes. You can serve either hot or cold with a side salad.
