Rub the fillet of beef with the cajun spice and grill to your liking in olive oil. Boil the asparagus for 3 minutes and chill. Mix the soy, lemon juice and honey together with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to make the dressing. season with salt and pepper. Top the fillet of beef with the fresh mozzarella and heat under a grill till mozzarella is melted. Transfer the meat on to a plate before serving, top with the asparagus and rocket leaves and drizzle the dressing around and on top of the meat. Serve with stir fried vegetables and roasted potatoes.
