Method

Start this recipe by mixing together the oyster sauce and soy sauce and put aside. Next, heat the sesame oil in a wok and quickly flash-fry the meat strips for just a minute. Remove from the pan. In the same pan fry the garlic, ginger and sliced onion for 2-3 minutes. Add in the sliced mushrooms and fry for another 2 minutes before adding in the soy and oyster sauce mixture, the cooked beef and the kale and cook for just 1 minute. Remove off the heat and serve immediately with warm cooked rice.
