Whip the cream in a chilled bowl for a few minutes, add the sugar and continue whipping until the cream is stiff. Stir in 1 tablespoon honey and then stir in the bananas. Divide the mixture into 4 glass goblets, drizzle over the remaining honey and serve topped with the slivered almonds. Serve chilled.
