Start this recipe by scoring the top of the cheese with a lattice design using a sharp knife. Next, wrap the Parma ham slices around the cheese and place onto a baking tray. Drizzle over the honey, sprinkle over the thyme and walnut hales and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
