This recipe will take only a couple of minutes to prepare, but makes a really delicious appetiser. Heat your oven up to 180°c. Using a sharp knife, cut through the skin of the cheeses, making criss cross incisions. Dust the cheeses with icing sugar and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is hot and very soft. Meanwhile, mix together the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for approx 15 minutes until sauce starts to thicken. Serve the cheese while still hot accompanied by the cranberry sauce and fresh bread.
