Method

To make the bundles, take 3 stems of trimmed asparagus, a pice of curly kale and a sprig of rosemary and hold together. Wrap around 1 piece of Parma ham and place onto a baking tray. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil, season well with salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 200°c for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
