Boil the apples in 500ml of water mix 150g of sugar and a piece of cinnamon stick. While they are boiling, mix 80g of corn flour with 100 ml of vermouth. Next, remove the piece of cinnamon stick and fold in the vermouth mixture to thicken the apples. After the mixture has cooled, spread the puff pastry and cut in a rectangular shape. Put the mixture on one side and fold.  Bake in the oven at 200`c for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
