Watch AROMA Kitchen tonight for another great selection of recipes by chef Aaron, Manuel and his a auntie Gola. Aaron’s recipes this week have a Maltese flair. He will be stuffing a Maltese loaf with tomatoes, gbejniet, sun-dried tomatoes, and grilled vegetables. Aaron will also be preparing 2 desserts made with Helwa tat-tork.
Manuel will also be preparing 3 recipes tonight. His first recipe is a tasty chicken taco recipe with green pepper and lime salsa. Manuel will also be preparing a pasta dish using sausages, sun dried tomatoes and Pecorino cheese. He will be using pork fillet for his third recipe, pan-frying these pork medallions with fresh thyme and cream, and serving them on a bed of roasted peppers and garlic mushrooms.
Manuel`s auntie Gola is back tonight with her traditional Maltese cuisine. Today she will be making her version of bubbux with a hint of curry and fresh mixed herbs. She is celebrating her birthday today so the AROMA Kitchen team has also prepared a birthday surprise for her.
